Under her leadership, Resilience USA has gained recognition for its contributions to disaster relief and community resilience.
In the corporate sector, Ms. Yeasmin serves as President and Director of RadScribe BD Ltd., an AI-driven medical reporting company operating in the U.S. and Bangladesh. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving AI-powered innovation, and expanding its global presence. Her expertise in business development has positioned RadScribe BD as a leader in healthcare technology, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in medical documentation. Additionally, she champions an organic management structure, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning.

Naiyer Imam. MD, Co-Founder
Dr. Naiyer Imam is the co-founder of the Resilience USA Foundation. He serves as the principal owner/chairman of numerous healthcare facilities and services and is dedicated to making positive changes in the healthcare sector across various states in the USA and different countries worldwide. Dr. Imam has initiated free 45-day AI training programs in three different countries, providing participants with the opportunity to take a certification exam and secure employment with his company, RadScribe. This initiative has particularly benefited many women, helping them reenter the workforce, regain confidence, and feel empowered. Dr. Imam is committed to treating everyone equally, regardless of gender, nationality, color, or religion.
Dr. Imam is a kind, creative, and supportive innovator in the healthcare sector. As the owner of e-Rad, he has pioneered advancements in teleradiology and telemedicine. Dr. Imam served as the Chairman and Founder of American Teleradiology, which later merged with Nighthawk and went public in 2006 (NSDQ: NHWK). He holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science and an MD, both from Brown University and an MS in Biostatistics from Harvard University.
Dr. Imam continues to play a crucial role in refining the radiology workflow solutions he developed and implemented over a decade ago. As a business entrepreneur, he possesses extensive knowledge in business development, relationship management, mergers, acquisitions, and startups.
Dr. Imam is also the founder of House Calls of D.C., a subsidiary of First Medicine, and Advanced Medical Initiatives. These ventures are designed to enhance operational efficiencies, providing patients with better access to healthcare options in the markets they serve.

Mohammed Sarwar, President & Director of Operations
Dr. Mohammed Sarwar is a distinguished leader in enterprise leadership, digital transformation, and academic research, currently serving as President & Director of Operations at Resilience USA Foundation. Since 2012, he has worked closely with Ms. Syeda Arufa Yeasmin to expand the foundation’s impact, implementing innovative programs that address critical challenges in education, healthcare accessibility, and disaster relief. His expertise in leadership and digital transformation has strengthened the organization’s ability to scale initiatives while ensuring long-term sustainability.
In addition to his leadership in the non-profit sector, Dr. Sarwar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from York College, CUNY, a Master of Science in Information Systems, and a Master of Library and Information Studies from Queens College, CUNY. He also earned a distinguished MBA from the Murray Koppelman School of Business, Brooklyn College, CUNY, accredited by AACSB. His academic background in strategic management, financial planning, and corporate governance seamlessly integrates into his leadership approach.

Raymond S. Solga, Program Teaching and Research Director
Prof. Raymond S. Solga is a distinguished academic and professional leader whose career blends scholarly expertise with a commitment to community empowerment. With extensive experience in teaching, research, and program development, Prof. Solga brings innovative strategies to his role as Program Teaching and Research Director at Resilience USA Foundation Inc.
Prof. Solga holds an MLS in Library Science and an MA in History from Queens College, CUNY, as well as a BA in Comparative Humanities from SUNY Old Westbury. His academic background in library science, humanities, and history, paired with professional experience, enables him to design impactful educational and social initiatives.
At Resilience USA Foundation, Prof. Solga plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission. Mr. Fakhrul Alam, Chief Advisor
Mr. Fakhrul Alam, with over three decades of experience in program development, strategic partnerships, and organizational sustainability, has recently been joined as the Chief Advisor to Resilience USA Foundation Inc. It is with great relish that he is eager to utilize his extensive expertise to advance the mission of the Resilience USA foundation, especially in the areas of mental health, resilience, empowerment, and sustainability.
Mr. Alam has devoted his entire career to community empowerment and community advocacy, including founding the Bangladesh-America Forum for Democracy and Development in order to promote democratic values as well as social justice in both the United States and Bangladesh. Through his work, he always strives to find practical, sustainable ways to improve the lives of others.
Due to his deep commitment to the welfare causes, together with his experience in building relationships and navigating complex organizational landscapes, Mr. Alam is ideally suited to make a significant impact on Resilience USA Foundation Inc., as well as helping drive positive global change.

As the Operating Principal, Owner, and Founder of The Masaitis Team at Keller Williams Realty, Mr. Masaitis has spent over a decade building a legacy of excellence in real estate, combining business acumen with a heartfelt commitment to client success and community impact.
In addition to his leadership at Masaitis Team Inc., Mr. Masaitis and his wife, Kristen, are highly accomplished real estate investors. Together, they oversee an extensive rental portfolio spanning multiple states, undertake fix-and-flip projects, and pursue strategic land acquisitions. Their expertise also includes subdividing and selling raw land, along with providing title insurance and mortgage services. This comprehensive approach underscores their profound knowledge of the real estate industry and their unwavering commitment to excellence in every aspect of their investments.

A.N.M. Rashedul Islam serves as Director of Communications at the Resilience USA Foundation in Bangladesh, where he leads the organization’s strategic communication efforts. To effectively communicate the Foundation's mission and initiatives to a broad audience, he is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies.
In addition to managing the Foundation's digital presence, he oversees media relations and ensures that the Foundation communicates consistently and transparently during crises.

Manager of Media and Communication, Bangladesh
Tamim Ahsan recently joined Resilience USA Foundation as Manager of Media and Communication, bringing extensive experience in media, journalism, and public engagement. His academic background and hands-on experience make him well-equipped to support the foundation’s mission of empowering communities, fostering resilience, and driving social awareness.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Honors) at the University of Dhaka, Mr. Ahsan has been an apprentice sub-editor at Khaborer Kagoj since June 2024. His work in news editing, content development, public speaking, and strategic communication has strengthened his ability to navigate media dynamics, audience engagement, and digital outreach effectively.
A multilingual communicator, he speaks Bengali, English, and Arabic, enabling him to connect with diverse communities and promote cross-cultural understanding, a crucial aspect of the foundation’s global outreach. Community Support and Event Coordinator
As a professional, Lamiya Zaman is dedicated and proactive, deeply committed to community service and professional development. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is held by her from York College, City University of New York, and she wishes to pursue a career in the field of chemistry.
Throughout her academic career, Lamiya worked for the Department of Library Services. As part of the Work-Study program, she coordinated administrative tasks and collaborated with leadership. Her responsibilities included interacting with a diverse user base, providing technical assistance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Lamiya has also volunteered at Elmhurst Hospital Center's adult emergency room and pathology department. In addition to sharpening her communication skills, these experiences also highlight the importance of teamwork and efficiency. Lamiya joined the Resilience USA Foundation recently as an Event Coordinator and Support Staff. She plans to enhance her skills and gain new ones.

Anik Islam recently joined Resilience USA Foundation Inc. as a staff member in the Mental Health & Resilience Program and Community Support Drive. His expertise in healthcare and information technology enables him to support the foundation’s mission effectively.
A York College graduate with a Bachelor of Science, Anik has experience in patient care, IT support, and healthcare technology. He is committed to enhancing healthcare delivery through digital innovation, evidence-based practices, and culturally competent care. His strong analytical skills, developed through his IT background, allow him to address complex clinical challenges with efficiency.
As an IT Help Desk Assistant at York College Library, Anik provides technical support to students, faculty, and staff, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. His role involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and maintaining an efficient digital workspace. Previously, as a Medical Assistant at UMD Urgent Care, he performed patient assessments, diagnostic procedures, and electronic health record (EHR) management using Medgen EHR, contributing to accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Gabriel Cordero started working as an Academy Service Trainer at the Resilience USA Foundation and brings significant experience from information technology support and full-stack web development. Gabriel is an undergraduate Computer Science student at CUNY York College who specializes in computer systems and software application diagnostics and optimization. By serving as an IT Support Specialist for the CUNY York College Library he demonstrates his technical troubleshooting and systems optimization skills while educating users to greatly improve technological proficiency in academic settings.
During his Software Engineering diploma studies at BrainStation Gabriel fully mastered Agile methodologies alongside key technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. His work as a Teaching Assistant at BrainStation showed his leadership and teaching abilities as he guided adult students through practical exercises while using English and Spanish to create a comfortable learning environment that ensured understanding and knowledge retention.
He delivered teaching methods that resulted in better code quality and higher student participation. Gabriel’s dedication to practical multilingual teaching methods for adult students matches well with the Resilience USA Foundation's dedication to delivering both accessible and effective educational services.
